Looks like a good Eagle Scout project for you .. turn it into a museum ..

The locals have been trying for years.  What makes you think I'll get any different results?  Anyway, no one seems to be sure who even owns the place  ???

Tax maps... lists every property, value, and owner, and is public record. Can be viewed at the Town Offices, or online if the town offers it.
