Or perhaps the post above has soured all on the contest, period? I had not realized such enmity had been created over the monthly challenge.
No enmity in my post, just a suggestion that if things like details and weathering and other modelling items, ie things non-weathering related, are to be considered, that perhaps it should be called the monthly modelling challenge.
If it is that Sinclair car, I'd do one, provided I wouldn't have to pay collector MT rates to get one in N, even if its way out of my period, because it passes my 'the car looks cool' test
PS: Wouldn't this month (February) have been a good time to talk about what models are out there that are buyable, ie not MT collectors items. And of course in HO scale too, since I've been accused of having an N bias, since I model in N.
