Ooh fingers crossed for the single-track Thru Plate Girder bridge!

  Frank

Frank, Didn't ATL release the same one as mine in plastic ?? The brass bridges are going to be the exception to the 3-Pack because of their size and $$$$$. The single thru girder might be doable as a filler on another sheet, I just didn't think anyone would want the brass one when the plastic was available. Live and learn.

Ah yes, this one?  On second glance, it is the same length (6").

I would be up for:

3 pack C&O / B&O Cantilevered Bridge
3 pack of the 50ft tank car platforms with covers and steps
Chip loader

And I can even use a skewed thru girder to model this bridge on a module i am building:

Also can the auto carriers you have in n scale be used with the PB truck since GHQ doesn't make the Mack any longer?

Auto Carrier 3-Pack
Wilson Auto Ramp 3-Pack
Deck Girder Bridge - 90ft singles but i'll discount for a 3-Pack
Deck Girder Bridge - 120ft singles but i'll discount for a 3-Pack
Those are the one I remember anyway.

I’d be interested in:

1 of PRR N6b 2Window Centered Cupola
1 PRR N6b 2 Window Offset Cupola
1 PRR N6b 4 Window Offset Cupola
Also depending on pricing I may be interested in some of the bridges

Since I  learned that the newly etched items will come in 3-packs I'll have to revise (lower) the quantities I was interested in earlier.

Hi Bob,

Great to see that you have found a way to run of some of your wonderful etches  :)

I've sent you a PM with the below order, but can see that this discussion is more active here.

I'm keen to order the following if you can fit me in:

QTY 3   1301003 (N)      2-Track Early SP Signal Bridge

QTY 3   1301007 (N)      2-Track Late SP Signal Bridge

QTY 3   1300701 (N)      Santa Fe / SP Cantilevered Bridge

I'm not too concerned about pricing as I'm keenly aware that etching is very expensive these days.

To be honest, if this required me to purchase an entire sheet, then that's something I could live with.

I would just be so grateful if you could fit me into any production run.

Thanks in advance.

Kind Regards

Tim Benson

Bob:
I would take several PRR GRa and G22 gons.  Let me know how many you would require to be ordered.  Do you still have any decals for these?  I can probably send some to other PRR N scalers.

Thanks,
Doug Nelson

I am glad members are letting me know what is popular because the smaller sized sheets open up areas that would have been wasted where I can stick in a few other items. Now the sheet will be a mixed use instead of just one item.

Hi Bob - it's great to see you posting here about getting some etches going again. I've spoke with you in the past about these, but to summarize, here's my wish-list of future products is as follows:

1x #1001901 - Woodchip Loader

2x #1002001 - Industrial Overhead Crane Gantry

1x #1002405 - Aggregate Loader - 2 Track (there is still nothing like this structure available on the market!)
1x #1002401 - Aggregate Unloader - Complete
1x #1002301 - Aggregate Conveyor -   Starter Kit w/Grated Walkway
1x #1002305 - Aggregate Conveyor -   Starter Kit w/o Grated Walkway
2x Conveyor Drop Chute & Landing
2x Conveyor Support A-Frames

3x #1001420 - Large Industrial Dust Collector

4x #1000703 - 50ft Tankcar Loading Platform (up to 6x)
2x #1000709 - Tankcar Loading Shelter
1x #1000705 - Platform Crossover Bridge
1x #1000707 - Platform Crossover Stairs

1x #1000501 - Yard Tower

1x #1301003 - 2-Track Early SP Signal Bridge
1x #1301007 - 2-Track Late SP Signal Bridge

3x #1000401 - Modern Oil Storage Tank
3x #1001410 - Industrial Ladders

And i know a New Haven modeller here in Australia that is very interested in working with you on a catenary system for their layout.

I have a need myself for 2-3 Industrial Overhead Cranes so DO expect those to be rerun early 2025. Have you guys seen the prices being paid for the Walthers plastic crane? I have been watching them for years going for over $125 for a part that used to MSRP for less than $20. THAT requires investigation for a new product. May have to sub-contract a 3D printer to get the winches. I’m hesitant cuz any self respecting scratchbuilder can make those. Thoughts?

SP Late signal bridge. This has come up before in PMs and while I can etch parts, I do not have a laser cutter. Even the small desktop models can’t be justified for the few parts so These will need subcontractors as well. I would need 20-25 hard reservations for this item. Same for the SP Early.

Wood chip loader is a huge metal hog meaning it could be $200 plus and also needs laser cutting.

I no longer have a personal need, but I have a design that I was at 80% complete and would love to see that come to light. Would anyone have a need for a Skewed Thru Pratt Bridge? I was creating the bridge design after seeing it on the Southern Rat Hole line. It could be a cool structure. Main reason I never produced it was I saw people kitbashing CV bridges.

Always on the lookout for ideas that can be viable.
