He also announced a National Park steam loco but under a minute of poking around didn't find the link. So good luck.
Are all these "prototype" models or "classic"?
The GN and NP duplex sleepers were similar but had the vestibule on opposite ends. Rapido made the correct GN car years ago.
Just for the sake of complete-ness, the CN cars were 8 dup-rmt, 4 bedroom, 4 section, with the vestibule at the duplex-roomette end of the car.Diagram here, if you want to compare it to see how close it is (or isn't) to whatever you might be modeling-https://www.cwrailway.ca/cnrha.ca/sites/default/files/Passenger%20car%20drawings/Parlor/CN%201110-1161_PS-79-C_blk_A_nd_ps.jpg
3 sets of upper/lower berths, 8 single bedrooms, 1 triple bedroom, 3 double bedrooms, 2 common washrooms and a common shower
As built each contained eight duplex roomettes, four sections, three bedrooms, and one drawing room
The Chateau is a Budd fluted car and the CN 'E' Sleepers were smoothside built by Pullman Standard.Did Rapido do the Chateau cars as part of the Canadian?
