Was there yesterday but didn't think about photos of manufacturer's new items.

My bad.

I did intently study the Scale Trains GP30's (including the UP "B") and discussed the dented gon sides with the Bluford rep.  He had just three samples (varying degrees of dents) of the gons.  Told me it was a design struggle to plot the design for the cars as the computer wanted to "straighten out" the sides.  Finally, a recent MIT grad was consulted and he had a drop-in program that could fix that tendency and they were off to the races.

Apparently Atlas is showing their SD45: https://www.therailwire.net/forum/index.php?topic=55108.msg799449#msg799449

They are on the water or about to be according to them ETA 4-6 weeks give or take.

Better do it to be safe, might not have them installed just because they are show models or perhaps already knocked off.  Wish I'd have contacted them about YorkRail GP15, they used the wrong orange on them.  Should be more GN empire builder orange (darker)

No bell on the artwork either so I doubt they’ll be adding one.

Unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on how you look at it) - Atlas artwork is famously unreliable about such things.

I emailed Atlas about the SD45s immediately after seeing the photo. Hopefully they are "pre-production" models and the actual models will have the bells.
