The ad says it's 78.5" tall.  That would put it over 6' tall (72"), and in the photos it can only be 48" tall at the most. Soooo...although I have no interest in the model whatsoever, the misinformation makes me even less interested.

Cheerio!

They offer it in multiple sizes.  There's a picture of the 78.5" tall version too (which is N-scale full prototype height for the Chrysler Building).

I'm sorry Dave, I'm afraid I can't do that.

I did notice that there were other models in their offerings that had one dimension listed in the link on the homepage, and then another listed in the details page.  In some cases, they appear to have mixed up scales, listing the HO size as N scale or vice-versa. Sloppy.

I am always a bit reticent to buy anything for several hundred dollars when the listing says "returns not accepted". But the buildings do look nice in the pics.  Would be nice to see them painted, and a photo of what you actually get in the box. Some of the listings talk about how easy it is to snap the buildings together- but I did not find photos of the parts.

Here are the 6 buildings they list in N scale

Just for general interest … the CN Tower here in Toronto is 1,815 ft high, which would be just shy of 11.5 feet high in N scale!

Exactly. Not even close to N scale.

To be charitable, the guys website is a mess.  He makes all of these buildings in several sizes. The 6 buildings shown on his "N scale" page are (apparently) available in N scale, and if you go through that page, it will link to a description of the building that gives a reasonable scale size (N scale Empire State Building listed over 9 feet tall, and over $2000).  However, he makes all the buildings in other sizes (and prices), and the photos are apparently randomly selected and have no relation to the size description.  So, the 18" tall version of the model may be shown with a 6' tall photo, or the 9' Empire State shown with the 30" version photo.  Because of the chaotic nature of the site, trying to match what you want to which specific item to order, with a photo of the one you will actually get, is essentially a jigsaw puzzle of webpages.

Apparently the prototype was eventually finished-ish: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ryugyong_Hotel

The LED-laced exterior would add an extra challenge to a model.
