Most of my week's progress was 3d printing. Finally got this project far enough along to give a shot at printing it.

I've been working on revising the T-gauge FP7 shell, while also working on the Train Master and a couple passenger cars.   This FP7 was really just a test for the decals and "glass" inserts made with clear resin (3D printed.)   As for the decals: well that PC noodle probably needs to be intentionally "thinned" so that when printed it has some black inside even though it's at the limits of the resolution of the decal printer.  The printed glass actually turned out better than I expected and there's since a new revision of the set to make installation easier-- those portholes are about 1.5mm diameter.  Installing was tedious so the new version has a "handle" on the back that can be cut off.   Just FYI, the shell also is designed for a working headlight;  It uses a little cassette that holds an 0402 LED, but  I didn't get to that.  This shell goes on a 35.5mm long TGauge.com chassis with some very minor modifications.

Jesse, your minuscule and fully operational models always being a smile to my face.
But I still think you should photograph them with some known-size object (like a coin, or a hobby knife #11 blade) because a casual reader will have no clue just how small these models really are.  And their size is a huge part of their "Wow factor".

I've said it before, but your T scale stuff compares very well with early N scale.  The 1960s Minitrix Fs, of which I had quite a few, had neither clear windows nor porthole glass.

It's now Tuesday, but here are the number-boards for SP 6001 in place on the nose.  Getting close!

Alaska Railroad Steam Heater Car:  ConCor PB-1 dummy repainted light gray with black roof as per ARR MOW fleet.  I filed off ALCO roof fan housing then added two muffler exhausts constructed from brass tube and rod.  Metallizer coating makes exhausts look shinny in flash. Also modernized and repainted Bachmann crane.  They will eventually join my work train.

A big box of stuff came from Amazon Prime and Hobbylink. Hobbylink was more freight doors, bumpers, switch stands from Osborn, turnouts, joiners and pallets.

The earlier (A2 variant) HEMTTs turned out relatively good, and the later ones need better support as some of the filters didn't print correctly. I also didn't support the E-CHU (the black part in front of the red container) correctly and one arm failed to print correctly. The LeTourneau turned out relatively good for being a rescaled model (original files in HO scale), with only a few parts being too small to be workable. Most of the radiator fan blades printed and the holes in the exhaust pipes show up.

Do you have a link to where the file of the HO scale LeTourneau is from if it is public?

Do you have a link to where the file of the HO scale LeTourneau is from if it is public?

The HO version is only on my computer, sorry. Haven't yet figured out how to approach it. Not super familiar with HO, so I don't know what their Letro-porter options are.
