So, I found this photo and I love the style of the street lamp. Nothing in LED's that would be an exact match, but close to being to pass off. I have some samples inbound for a test.
I would put the pavement width at least 26' and therefore the sidewalks look to be 12'.
That puts the street width at 2 rods, which sounds weird, but in older east coast locations is a very common width for a road.
Two rods would make the street 33' wide, no?
These are not a match (and pricey), but I figured I would mention them. You would have to just use the lamp fixture and scratchbuild the post and arm. I'm also not sure about the "arc" light. That might be bluish where you probably want warm white.
272126 is warm white and 272226 is cool white. I found 1 of each 3-pack in the states under $20 and they have been purchased. Warm white to test and cool white to disassemble to cast the top and clear enclosure as reference for a vacuum plug.
