SC II BNSF Freight Car Red Paint Suggestions

I was hoping someone who paints BNSF freight cars could suggest a Scalecoat II paint color or mixture of SCII paints to match BNSF Freight car red.  I have some Athearn three bay center flow hoppers that I need to paint the roof hatches to match the car body.  Any help is appreciated.  Thank you.

Even green ones. (or white fiberglass ones, or silver aluminum ones)

I give you props for calling it freight car red.   I've been in the "mineral red" camp with the opinion that most of BNSF cars are more red than brown.   But some insist it's more "mineral brown" like the old Santa Fe colors in the 60's/70's.   Which...has led to some really bad looking BNSF models over the years. [/soapbox]

Anyway...I don't have an answer for your regarding Scalecoat II but very interested if someone does.

I would start with this, Scalecoat 2 F2002 Flat Oxide Red and add ATSF mineral Brown 2144 to tone it down or add more red to get it somewhere near matching. You could also get it close then weather the car so it would all match. Do a test on some scrap styrene or an unloved car

I'll second Mu26aeh's comment - mismatched hatches are quite common.
