I must be getting a bit slow in my old age, just found this interesting piece about Wabco (GE) and BNSF and battery powered locomotives. A oddly modified GEVO with batteries. Next they'll have Digitrax or ESU Loksound on the side of them! :D :D

Anyway here's the article - you've probably seen it. I didn't go out of my way to find it - just accidentally stumbled on to it.

I think Baldylox Designs is going to have a shell of that locomotive made here before long, IIRC.

And for a half second I thought was referring to the Natural Gas version of GECX 3000.

Attempting to model a modern Southern Pacific based in 2015/2016...

Also, I have a passenger train addiction...
