I just received an announcement e-mail from Pat at TrainWorx.

He has announced an unbelievable amount of truck sets!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice!  Someone else posted this info in the N/Z section, but this is the best location for this type of news.

We are getting lots of new models, but how about the truck parts? Still nothing?

As posted in the other link, this too is going to be expensive.  I need tractors to go with all the DigCom Designs trailers I have printed.  I ordered 4-5 from the LTL run they announced a few months ago, and am still awaiting delivery of the dump trucks from many many months ago.  Anyone have any word on those ? @cfritschle  ??

There was no mention of Truck parts in the e-mail. But I would think Pat will take the opportunity with this production run to have extra truck parts made..... but that is just my guess.

Wow, I'd be in the poor house if I get one of everything I'd like to have. Wonder if I've got a spot for a jackknifed rig, would be perfect for a Swift truck & trailer.

So many great paint schemes!

All these really look great, but too modern for me.

Parts! We need parts! How can I make bricks without straw?!  :)

What is your modeling era?  Some of the trucks and paint schemes go back into the 1970s at least.  While I have not had a chance to verify them yet, any of the Kenworth W900 and K100 tractors and 40-ft trailers should have been around well before the early 1980s.

For instance, C.R. England was founded in 1920.  https://www.crengland.com/about-us

Since they will only release like 5 of each model and sell out of these in like 2.7 seconds, I CALL DIBS ON THE KNIGHT TRANSPORTATION TRAILERS!  :D

Transition era. But as I believe I have mentioned before, I don’t let the truth get in the way of a good story. Also, of course, Ed’s law. So maybe I will make an order!

How about some 60s-70s Transcon, PIE, C-F, Dart, etc. love?

Modeling 1974 Montana, I think I can use the CR England, Werner, and Schneider 40 ft trailers.  They at least look like something from the mid 70s.  I'm sure CR England would have made it to Montana, not so sure about the others, before deregulation.

I don't remember seeing JB Hunt until at least the 80s, and the tractor looks too modern, so I'll skip that one.  That could also be a strike against Schneider and Werner.

The Swift and Marten are definitely too modern for the 1970s.
