What is your favorite method of attaching feeders to the bus?

So as I approach the time when I will be actually laying track for real in my staging yard, I am wondering what the current ideas for attaching feeders to the bus are. When I was building Ntrak modules I would use the wire strippers to part the insulation on the bus wire and then wrap the feeder around the bus wire in that gap. Hit it with some solder to keep it there. But this is time consuming and not the most tidy. Is it suitcase connectors? Is there a consensus these days?

I use those, too. By the dozens. They're great. Main limitation, if you want to call it that, is when you get into "distribution" from a bus, you get a max of 3 feeder connects with a 5-tap Wago, 2 of the taps handling the through bus. That's why I use that eBay multi-tap for yards.

As regards 5 port Wagos and the number of feeder connections I find that the three ports for the track feeders can take two or three feeders each.  The two ports for the through bus can only have the one bus wire as it's a thicker gauge.

The point I'm making is that you can put more than one wire into the ports if the wire gauge will allow.
