As far as I can tell, this would be an ISO 2101 container, but I've never seen one like it. The picture is from a set of free printable containers from
www.krafttrains.com
.
Has anybody else?

Like curtain sided trailers, side door containers are very common here in Australia.

Thank you! I guess they just haven't caught on in the US, or with the big international companies serving the US. Several of the boxes in that Google link looked very similar to the model, although most didn't seem to have the end doors.
