NYC Steel Box Cars

Since I model the Virginian, which connects with the New York Central, I would like to get some of Broadway Limited’s NYC Steel Box Cars. I’m wondering were the Dreadnaught or Corrigated ends more common in the late 50’s and early 60’s?

The original build ratio was 9 or 10 to 1 corrugated to Dreadnought, at least with the basic 8'-7" IH cars BLI modeled.  A number would be rebuilt into different height, end, and door configurations, but the corrugated ends would still be predominant.
