My good friend 3D printed my own designed Arch bar trucks. He has a Anycubic Photon, and these are printed with the new waterbased resin.

Water based?  Do you have a name.

I make my own HOn30 trucks and they work great.

Yes, more about the water based resin please. 

I've seen it mentioned along with concerns of warping over time, but no other follow up or demo.

I don't know of an warping issues with it.
It's the Wanhao 3D-Printer UV Resin Water Washable - 500 ml - Grey.
It sure makes it easier to work with.
