Since Terry Nathan's passing this summer (T-Kits), Masterpiece Modules, currently, is the only manufacturer of pre-cut, easy assembly T-TRAK (And other style) module kits.

Kato (and Woodland Scenics) is going forward with their foam-based T-TRAK module kit, and I have just been contacted by another company that is starting to manufacture Pre-cut, easy assembly T-TRAK module kits.

Russell’s ( Red River Models) machine isn’t large enough for an accurate width single; he discovered that farming out the cutting to a third party wasn’t cost effective.

The 2019 National T-TRAK Layout, in Salt Lake City, will be somewhat small, compared to 2018, but the 2020 Layout, in St Louis, promises to break another record!

No , he said that T-Kits are no longer available due to the passing of the owner.  The one you posted is the new kid on the block and should be available.

these are available...but...
 the manufacturer is tweaking the design based on my recommendations (using the same rear fascia design as Terry Nathan's T-Kits) The first, immediate improvement was to offer 13" deep modules...the original 14" only depth, creates a situation where the modules are almost continuous (rear fascias touching) when modules have to be arranged back-to-back on a single table with the small radius endcaps. This leaves almost zero room for buswire behind the modules (13" modules, arranged back-to-back, leave a 2" trough between the rear of the modules...excellent for a bus, loconet, etc...otherwise module must be raised at least and inch above the table to allow for wiring. Also the 14" depths almost eliminate the possibility of using skyboards when modules are arranged back-to-back with small radius endcaps.
Another improvement the manufacturer will be making is to add holes in the rear fascia (for mounting skyboards), and an opening in the rear fascia that allows for the insertion of a PowerPole panel housing, for those that use the Powerpole system for their module buswire interface...

These are slick and all, but I don't like the "basic box" shape. It doesn't provide any easy way to do below grade scenery.

Personally, I'm trying out some 3/4" MDF slabs that will have foam built up on top for my next big push.

You can flip the box over and have below grade scenery.  Just fill with foam to the level of sub grade you want.

These are the modules that Russell Higginbotham, of Red River Models, displayed at Kansas City...they are beautifully designed, EXTREMELY lightweight, but, again, his machine is too small to create a full width 12.21" fascia AND a 13/14" depth...the finished module is slightly more narrow, so it creates a bigger gap (1-2mm) between modules attached either side of it. Of course, it's a simple thing to laminate some card stock on either side of the module and reduce the gap to a standard one, but he wants to wait until he acquires a larger machine before jumping back in to the module kit making business. I hope he does, because they are gorgeous!
However, his other items, especially the structures, are incredible! I have modules waiting for the 1957-era Albuquerque Depot, and am planning a module for the San Benandino Kit!
