Photon - Going from Green to Grey Resin, What should I know?

So I'm at the end of the green resin that came with the machine and should have some gray at my doorstep any time now.  Is there any thing(s) I should know before I just hit print?

Need moar seconds!

For which settings?

This was my last green.  I bumped the exposure from 8 to 10 and off time from 1.5 to 3 to see if it would help some of my thin wall issues.  It didn't.

And for grey:

Just a couple 'house keeping' things to keep in mind.
I notice you have the layer at 35 microns.  I've read claims that the Photon steps in 10 micron increments, so any setting otherwise will be interpolated accordingly.  Needs a source.
And we discussed before, any "Off time(s)" below 6.5 seconds will be interpreted as 6.5 seconds, the time it takes for the plate to re-position between layers.

My Anycubic Grey settings are:

Layer Thickness- .05mm
Normal Time - 18s
Off Time- 6.5s
Bottom Time - 115s
Bottom Layers - 8

Layer Thickness- .02mm
Normal Time - 12s
Off Time- 6.5s
Bottom Time - 95s
Bottom Layers - 8

Yesterday I tried a .02mm print at 10 second layers.
Result failed, but looked kinda cool, like a Li Hongbo Flexible Paper Sculpture.
Lesson learned; seconds count.

Mark, what did you print those bulk trailers at?

The Dry Bulk Trailers and the 6 Dome Tank Car were at 50 microns.
As were the Stagecoaches and Tank Treads.
And the Coal Gon.

Actually, the only thing I've printed at 20 microns so far are the figures and the Tank Spare Parts set.

Wow I haven't done anything at 50 yet, all 20. Have to give it a try.  I wonder how .010" tall bolt heads will come out.

How small have you attempted to print things like bolt heads or rivets?  I put some hex bolt heads on my drawing at .010" hex x .006" height, not necessarily counting on them to print clearly but hopefully a properly placed bump of sorts. :D

And while at it, how thin have you successfully printed a flange edge on something like an I beam or U channel?

I just draw them up and try. I think you really have to do that. Print one see what you get. Make changes and try again.

I haven't tried any sort of beam overhang yet.

Thanks, Chris.  I'm just getting itchy because I can't try any of this yet. :(

Ha you should have downloaded the slicer software before you bought the machine like I did  ;)

Then you'd already have the new computer.

First batch of grey in now.  Thanks for the help.

We'll see what happens (in about 9 hours  :P).

So mixed success with the grey first time.  Lost a few of the gas pump hoses and the 70 tonner shells were a mess.  I think both of those have to do with the thinner supports I used (that were working with the green resin).

Going to play with the settings and beef up the supports and give it another go tomorrow.
