OK I got the Photon Phever and there is no cure. 

These are HOn30 trucks with FVM 36" metal wheels. On the right is a MTL N scale archbar.



Took a few prints to get them just right so the wheels would spin. I might widen them another .005".

Ah actually on the dining room table, but kitchen sounds cooler. Just haven't made a spot for it in the basement yet.

It does consume some time. You know... I'm going to bed. But there is only 15min left on the printer. OK I'll just wait so I can shut it off. Printer finishes. Well I gotta check out what I made...  2 hours later go to bed. My family is thousands of miles away.

Spend more time under the UV light.

I ended up giving up on netfabb and just adding the supports in the anycubic slicer.  I started my first print last night.   Woke up this morning to find some small square blobs on the fep layer at the bottom.   I had tried to do 0.020 layers.  Now I'm currently trying the 0.050 default settings.

The trucks are at .02 layers. Did 8 at a time and one must of not stuck because it was on the FEP.

BTW, here's a D&RGW 36" archbar truck for reference (I helped rebuild this one). I can provide dimensions if anyone's interested.

Nice- which side were the support on?  Underneath?  Edges look really clean on these.

Baby steps.   The second print failed too.  I checked on it and stuff was sticking to the build plate, so that's progress. However, the build plate was leaning to one side a little.   So I just releveled it and started again.

Why is the platform like that?  That's not right.  Your platform should be dead level.

This guy has a problem,only his is 100 times better.

The comment in the video translates as "For There was the same problem. Decided simply. Unscrew the platform on top of the 4 screws. And tighten the hinge 3 screws from the bottom! (they were untwisted from the factory ...) And everything is fine!)))."

I just found this video.  I'm guessing there's some loose screws in there somewhere.  Will report back.

It looks like you didn't tighten the set screw when you leveled.  I don't think those videos show how a platform could be that angled.

I did tighten the screw.  That's what was confusing me.  Turns out it was the wrong screw.

I didn't see the screw in the hole and had screwed in the spare in the hole on top of the first screw.   

Let's hope the fourth time's the charm.  Carry on, folks.

@Chris333 described similar problem (in this thread), and his solution, few days ago.
