@gi-depp. Did you scratch build the extra stowage rack or did you 3D print them? I need to 14 for my Australian Squadron.

Dear Heavens- the incredible modeling never stops.  Simply amazing by all participating, and the only model I am familiar with is the M1 Abrams.  My dad worked on the prototype XM1 program at Chrysler/General Dynamics.

@gi-depp pleased to see such a beautiful example. I’ll have to go through this thread to refresh my memory as to what era you are modeling and check to see if there are any other major variations or upgrades in the pipeline that I need to prioritize.

@John

I’m lazy and usually use 45 deg nose up / 10 deg roll left or right with mostly automatic chitubox supports, adding some for various problem areas. @vermonter_railfan has achieved excellent results printing them horizontally (and he does a fantastic job of supporting them). He may be able to chime in with advice or perhaps even STL files. Sorry to put you on the spot!

As @samusi01 mentioned I have been printing these HEMMTT flat on my printer. I am using an Anycubic Ultra (DLP) and Anycubic Craftsman DLP Grey resin for my prints. The only exceptions are the M978's and fuel/water containers since you'll get some nasty print lines along the rounded faces. I attached a screenshot of how I have the prints and a pair of photos from my latest print a M1075A1 with M3 CROP racks.

Mark is alive and well, he is still active with Free-MoN and his Free-Mo HOn3. Though he hasn't been as active on the public side of things, he will be at Altoona N Scale weekend participating in the Free-MoN layout next month.

Thats good to hear -- tell him to stop by and check out the M1 thread -- its a lasting tribute to the early work he did on that
