Well, that's cool. Both the loco and the car. C39-8 is not my era nor RR, but I agree, it's enough of an oddball to get my attention. Happy for you guys.

The hopper is great - era's good, so I will likely pick up a couple in PC.

They are already showing the first NS road number as being sold out....  :o

I’m in for two. Just curious, I glanced quick but was there a release date? And I wonder if the 4785 release will put a nail in Intermountain’s version that is still saying “needs reservations”.  For the freight car experts, is this even the same car?

I guess we can figure future N releases will be what was released in HO earlier.  Does the mold making scale down or is it because all the research work was done for HO?

I know this is a weird position but I think I'm a bigger fan of GEs than EMDs, at least from a railfanning perspective.

I just saw the introductory video for these. The look really nice. Some of the details seem a bit oversized, while others seem very fine. I'm sure they'll look great once weathered up a little bit!

With IM and BLI producing them and an occasional Kato release, I wouldn't count on it.
