I’ve been working on structures at Wiegand….

A.E. Monard in the distance is substantially complete, ready for painting, then windows and details. It straddles the wall opening into staging. Closer to the camera is the back of a warehouse - not rail served - also ready for painting, etc.

I also replaced the crude pink foam distillery mock-up (more of a placeholder) with a more respectable mock up I can work from to build the actual structure

He's a train YouTuber with 65k subscribers. He works at the museum and does a bunch of cool "behind the scenes" and explanatory stuff.

I was amused by his cooking episode where he referenced George Motz,  a very entertaining burger historian.

finished a second batch of shipping pallets. These took about an hour. I did forget to pre-weather the stripwood

Your pallets look outstanding as does all of your modeling. If I may proffer a suggestion, weather them hard. Pallets in use get ugly fast.

Extending the railroad along another wall. Adding a shortline operation. Picked up an Atlas ALCO S4 in Grand Trunk scheme. Repainting obviously required however I had no desire or intention to disassemble it. I did remove the handrails and partially removed the lettering….

Used aluminum angle to make a handle using the threaded holes on the bottom of the fuel tank….
