That prepay sign is for real. I find it humorous because it is redundant.  Just like "revert back". I guess having to deal with Indian tech support people makes these types of statements really funny and silly for me.  Now if we all could just urgently do the needful.   :)

I can see an "expected surprise".  It's like a birthday present from someone you know well.  You know they're going to give you something, so it's "expected".  But you have no idea what it will be, so it's still a "surprise".
