It was a chance encounter driving through Clayton, DE when I caught the Delmarva Central approaching the crossing by the station.

Thanks for posting that picture!  That's the first that I've seen of the motive power for the new operator, Delmarva Central Railroad (DCR), but that paint scheme looked very familiar to me.  I took this picture last fall in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania while railfanning the Allegheny Valley Railroad (AVR), and I really like that paint scheme.



A quick internet search confirmed that Carload Express, Inc. owns the AVR and the DCR, in addition to the Southwest Pennsylvania Railroad and Ohio Terminal Railway.  Fascinating.

EDIT: Oh, snap!  The third unit in your picture is an SWP unit!
