Acrylic Compatible Flat Finish

I'm down to my last bottle of TLT Flat Glaze.  Since they are no longer supplying their paint line, what is the recommendation for a good quality acrylic compatible flat finish?

Vallejo has a "varnish" product line that comes in matte, gloss and satin. I used those with good results.

There is also Rapido's Proto Paint line that includes a bottle of flat finish. Haven't tried that yet, but would expect it to be similar to the TLT paint line.
Because why not...

So Rapido paints are water-based acrylics?  I have not tried them, but I imagined that they would be the same paint they use to paint their models (which I wouldn't 'expect to be water-based).

Yup, and their paints were all matched to real paint chips, so the flat is prototypically accurate...

I've always used Testors clear finishes. I buy the spray bomb and shoot it down a tube into a bottle. No thinning required.

You mean stinky Dull and Glosscotes?  I think the OP is lookign for a low-odor water-based acrylic clear.

How about MicroScale Micro Flat?  Anyone tried that?

Yes, this works very well.  Micro Gloss is not so glossy, but Micro Flat is very flat.

Thanks Gary.  Can this stuff be airbrushed?  If so, what should it be thinned with, what is the thinning ratio and what is the air pressure used?  So many questions...... :D

Don't many modelers swear by Future floor finish?

I use Liqutex Matte Varnish thinned with Vallejo Airbrush thinner with success, even with a beater Paasche H airbrush.

Hmm... it dries lumpy...?

Two scientists create a teleportation ray, and they try it out on a cricket. They put the cricket on one of the two teleportation pads in the room, and they turn the ray on.
The cricket jumps across the room onto the other pad.

Curious, what sheen would you describe it as then?
