And if Dave finds in the future that HOn3 is too small, he can buy the Lionel O version for On3!  :D

Rico will be an LDE on this wall:

...and Ophir (with a necessarily compressed version of Bridge 45A) on this wall:

Curious, the wall framing is floating above the floor  :?
Is that a Colorado/moisture intrusion thing?
Nice venue though...

It' s floating wall.  The base board nails to the bottom board and they drywall to the upper one so when the floor moves, which it will, no separation is seen.

So what's the going rate? A buck per thou? It is if it's like my airline points: another six flights and I get to go from LA to Phoenix for free

Planning out the Rico scene using old plastic kits.  I built the depot in high school and I modified it to represent the depot after 1936 when a fire destroy the tower and changed the window configurations.   I'm going to replace the kit but I will reuse the Grandt Line eave and gable castings.  Another modification I made and will make on the new kit is shingling the upper story using Campbell shingles.   But today it's off to a train show in Denver with a wad of cash in my hand on the lookout for more narrow gauge!

Hmmm...  So to do Rico pre-1936?

Or the more accurate (for my era) post-1936 version?

The last photo is post-abandonment.  I threw it in there just to show how the front dormer went from 4 windows to 2.  At least while the RGS was operating the depot had windows with glass in them.   :D
