This weekend had a lot of progress

I installed all of the switches for the switch machines and painted the holes black. I`m just giving the paint some time to dry before I put the switches back in place.

Hung all of the Fascia pieces and got most of the pin striping done.

Though I keep having random shrinkage issues with some of the pin striping

I`d say I`m 95% done with wiring and I have to go back with more screws to secure the fascia as it needs at least 10 per section.

TWSS

Looks seriously good sir. With wiring nearly done I’d say we need a small group ops test session in mid-August.

So far I've just been feeling like I have to work on that layout, maybe the aliens are behind it.

Yall are pushing me to spend that layout money on 2X4s and drywall!

No push here. I am not finishing my train room. Just painting the block and moving on to construction.

Did a little bit of operations to check for any issues with the recent wiring changes and adding all the switches for the turnout motors.

Happy to report only issue was one bad solder joint with a feeder, a very quick fix!

I agree with you DB...I would paint the rafters and subflooring, maybe the floor to keep the dust down.
