The diaphragm (the rubber thingie) looks like the modern European version (rather than the accordion-style ones used in USA). While those might be available as replacement parts for European passenger cars, you should be able to scratchbuild them from some round styrene stock. Just cut 3 pieces from a styrene rod, flatten them a bit then drill into the ends of the top piece (to make it appear hollow.

Whose doing a Shapeways print? I have tried searching Shapeways but have had no luck finding such a print in any scale, not just N.
