Well, I'm getting close!
I took the mechanism to work to hit it with the grinder since i forgot my dremel at home. The fun part will be trying to keep it from shorting!
Now if only kato could see how good this looks!

Does the center line of the steam chest exhaust pipe line up with the center line of the exhaust stack ? I think most ridged's do , if not all ?

Here's where i do allot of my work. In a hotel room on the road working the real railroad.
I still have some work to do with the pilot. I don't like the proportions of it so it will most likely get replaced with something like i put on my old kato gs4 Santa fe northern conversions.

Very cool!  I would be lost without my complete home workshop.  I'm amazed how guys like you can do all that modeling in some far away hotel room.
