I had forgotten just how rewarding kitbashing and scratch building is.
I am rebuilding an old N Trak Module, which I call Crooked Screw Junction. The name came from the removal oof flat head slotted screws during the rebuild which were... crooked!.
the Interlocking tower is an old kit bash which lacked a roof and window detail and side stairs where long gon and although not in the picture they have been replaced.
My newest project, the old gas station, designed in Micrografx Designer printed on a Brother all in one, laminated onto some scrap siding from another laser kit, roof from a sacrificial kit box. the roof texture is simply stipple painting to get texture, implying shingles. the storage shed is a kit bash from an laser storage shed. the roofing materials is Campbell metal roofing ( ho Scale from the parts box of 30+ years ago.
