N-scale Pennsylvania RR Transcon "Rapids" Series Sleeper Decals For My COLA

The Buffalo Rapids car is different than than other two, being built by ACL with no small vestibule end, centered windows, slightly different skirting, and an upper "belt-line" above the windows.

Buffalo Rapids (it's ACF, btw, not ACL builder) is better represented by the Atlas/Rivarossi version

because it exactly duplicates the offset Corridor side windows arrangement, including the larger porter's room window on one side and none on the other. Maybe a ACF roof from a KATO car would look better than the stock  Atlas roof, but if you're a REAL rivet counter figure out how to add those metal seams and rivets shown!

According to the PRR Historical Society passenger car painting and lettering book, both Blue Rapids and Buffalo Rapids were two tone gray for San Francisco Overland service, with Buffalo Rapids being repainted to Yellow, along with Stoney Rapids and Tippecanoe Rapids.

 These 2 cars would be fun to include on the decal sheet, but they would need to be black outlined silver, instead of black outlined red.

I plan to use the Atlas/Rivarossi car and add rivets to make it look more like the prototype cars, for Blue or Buffalo Rapids.

Easy (to answer, not to do) Bare Metal Foil for the battens and Archer Surface Transfers for the rivets.
