I happened on Ebay today to see this and thought it would be very interesting to take to shows and displays.

No derailments , no traction tires , might as well be a fast time clock, or a vacuum mail tube thingy . I think it's repulsive  ;) .

I agree, We are looking at more technology that can sometime be useful in  model railroading.

It's a very interesting item, to be sure. It's true magnetic levitation and propulsion. Having said that, it's still a toy, and not a model. It's supposed to be roughly a 1:90 representation of the real thing, which I suppose is close enough to HO scale that you could use it for an amusement park ride or something.
