Hi!

I have been searching for quite a while to make a nice looking forest hill without having to get through the pain of first making 2000+ trees.
So.. suddenly I stumbled over this brilliant idea and made a short tutorial video of the process.

After I posted I saw that this method was presented also in this forum earlier under the thread " Interactive Scenery Clinic Week1: Ground Cover: Trees: Shrubs".

That's a very common way of covering large areas ..  I make mine out of the white poly fiber, but glue them on the layout, then paint with black spray paint, and then cover with green woodland scenics foam .. you can vary the colors by using some of the camo color paints ..
