CPR/AMT 800 Series Commuter Coach from CNPM

For you CPR modelers, CanadiaN Prototype Models is proud to announce the 800 series commuter coach!

This N scale model represents a CPR 800 series commuter coach, as built by CC&F in the early 1950's, which ran until the mid 2000's under AMT. Many are still in operation across North America in tourist train service. To complete the model you will need a base frame (either from a donor car, built from scratch, or use mine which is printed separately in "Strong and Flexible" material to reduce costs), 1015 MTL couplers, a pair of trucks (Fox Valley Models passenger trucks, with brake cylinders and generator clipped off appears to be closest commercially available truck), some thin wire to form grab irons, diaphragms of choice, paint and Black Cat decals.

NOTE: The first test prints of the frame, printed in white strong and flexible material, experienced a slight shrinkage in the longitudinal axis. Although this did not affect final assembly in any negative way, I just wanted to let you guys know for future reference.

Thanks for looking!
