Modules for SWARMTrak ( a T-Trak goup)

Otto,
I like that method...tunnel or overpass; unfortunately, I didn't allow for it on this particular end cap...
in future ones I'll disguise it as you've suggested. My trouble here (as in any T-Trak module that's not part of an extended 'scene'), is trying to keep the module 'stand alone'...these end caps don't have any backdrops or skyboards, so I've got to begin and end the scenery in the approximate 16", front-to-back, given me...

Yes it is. That's Cody Grivno's corner module, with the units are just entering Pelle' Soeborg's straight module.

small update after months of inactivity...
Hello all...haven't modeled in ages!-busy summer, coupled with major surgery and recovery.
With an impending show, well, impending, I needed to do something to the remaining modules in the garage that don't have a modicum of scenery on them (more recruits and some really nice modules added to the layout have inspired me to get 'crackin')
The 'Arbo Canyon' triples finally received the layers of foam AND I even roughed in the basic shapes as well as the 'river/dry wash'...I won't be able to really get going on the scenery on these 'til after the October show, but, by keeping them in naked foam, I'll be able to address questions about carving foam...

Here they are in roughed form...
















so much to do on these but, at least, the really boring part is done!

just a little more carving-this time on the 'Arbo Canyon' modules...
to answer an earlier question..the only reason the two mesas are made using different foam is that that was what was on hand-I didn't want to cut into another piece of pink and just used as much scrap as I could...

some work on the T-TRAK modules (specifically 'Arbo' and 'Queenman' Canyons...

some extra detail carving and the first coat of paint (ostensibly to pick a good base color)...this first coat reveals that I won't have to cover the entire slope(s) in precolored Sculptamold (keeping weight down), only 'repair' a few areas where the layers of styofoam show...still have that, talus, ground cover, careful sedimentary layer painting, and some scrub vegetation left!
