shark decoders?

Which decoders should I use for N Scale E&R models Baldwin "Sharks"? They seem as if they would take a light board replacement - type.

Digitrax made one but I dont know if you can find it anymore

I used a TCS M1 wired right to the existing lightboard.

Digitrax made a decoder for the sharks but it is long discontinued. Shame too because it was the simplest installation ever. Two screw to remove the analog board and install decoder in its place with the same two screws. It took longer to type this.
The only option now would be as others stated. Hard wire a small decoder to the existing board. Any of the current micro sized decoders should work.
