More progress. Not sure how I feel about the neon black pipes here.



I'll probably hit the fire escape with some browns to tone it down.



Black soot is in the roof's future.

I would try to fill in the area around the wood window frames.

Putty? Is there a better way? Can I run some MicroKleer and just paint over it?

I'm armchairing it right now.  But I didn't comment on Josh's work, just on the ham-fisted castlewall thickness of the kit design.

Josh,

very nice work on the building. If anybody mentions the thick walls, just tell them the building was made out of adobe bricks with a red brick veneer. Most viewers at a "show" wouldn't know the difference anyway.
