Pete, all of it is a first-class and neatly done job!   All the clean, neat soldering work is what impresses me the most, though.

Love the paint job and the tire marks!

I agree with you... on the TrainCat kits I've built, I use solder when I can, JB Weld if I can't and I need a strong joint, and
5-minute 2-part epoxy for everything else.  ACC only as a last resort for something I can't solder or where epoxy would show too much.

So what's the era for these ramps?  The Wilson lettering font makes me think it could be early (70s?) but all the warnings make me think think later.

I knew that!   :D

The point being made though (even though there was some make confusion) that it was a contemporary vehicle.  As far as the font/typeface goes, who knows why they use the one they do. Maybe it is a logo which has not changed in years (like Ford or Coca-Cola).
