Reminds me of the SW1500 that I use to see in El Monte, Ca., on the old Pacific Electric. The unit would arrive carless from Los Angeles while the crew tied up for lunch while the two sets of wig-wag signals for the crossings that bracketed the old P.E. would be swaying back and forth ringing their little hearts out. The line to San Berdu was severed where the line use to cross the Espee and after lunch the switcher travel on to the east on the SP...
