Fantastic footage!  There are some really good reference views for scenery in there, especially the cut after the creek crossing.  Sure makes me wish someone made 53' trailers again...

Most of the roadbed is down on the upper level of the new expansion (which covers tunnel 17 through Summit Switch) and one main track is in place (main 2 on double track). Main 1 from Cable to Summit is next. I'm waiting to tackle anything, including the sub-roadbed, on the lower level (which covers from Bena to just shy of Caliente) until the upper level is all wired and detected (i.e. no longer generating falling sawdust).

This expansion project extended the mainline approximately 6 scale miles (or about 30%) and, more importantly, will allow me to much more prototypically model tunnels 14-17, Summit Switch, and downtown Tehachapi (all with 24"+ deep benchwork).
