Matching Paint on Bluford SECX Hoppers

I have a buddy trying to match the paint on these:



He contacted Craig at Bluford, and Craig replied it was Pantone DS 260-2C (Process Coated SWOP book), and slightly darker than NYC Century Green. So...

...any thoughts on or experience with matching/mixing?
