This article was in the Kalispell, MT "Daily Interlake" today, and I thought that maybe someone here could help them.

It looks like it could be possibly an earlier RBBB advanced advertising car.

Could be.  I have no idea, not knowing anything about circus trains, and very little about pre-1900 passenger cars.
