Since Roger mentioned Pat's CRANDIC layout,...  Paul Brennecke is also opening up his Grand Road layout,

Both layouts are top notch. Both are older especially Paul's, but have stood up to the test of time. Pat's is operated regularly, the only operational N layout in Colorado that I know of. Moffat Modelers layout will be open that day as well. It is a monster.

Too bad some of the other layout's aren't open as well. Quite a few in Denver area.

I'll miss that weekend moving my daughter from California to Boise.

I'd be lying if I didn't say I'm a little jealous...  But alas, I no longer have a dog in the hunt.  So all I can say is "hats off" and nice work, and glad I could introduce you to this bunch of hacks.

Good thing you could wade through all the Balderdash and build a nice layout despite our best efforts to hold you back!
