At the end of their recent Rapido newsletter one finds a shot of a size comparison between HO, TT, and N scale locomotives. The N scale representative is the GMD-1... which seems to be progressing along nicely. Commence drooling

If find need and want to be interchangeable  ;)

I'm looking at a pair of 1900's, will find a need later. Definitely need a trio of 1400's when they're done (assuming) on a subsequent run.

I love that it has the A-1-A truck.  I can't afford it, but I will order two for sure and have officially stopped work on the 90% complete model I started 8 years ago.

.... and "what a truck it is"...... something about an idler wheel that is the correct size...... or so I heard... I mean, that's what the HO model has... and if there WAS an n scale model, one might assume it would have the same... if someone was going to announce one...

He can hide behind me.  I regularly take on two or three Queens at a time, noting their favorite railroad is long defunct, while mine is still going.

Back on topic, can you refresh me if your employer has rolled out a pre-order plan yet?  Do I need to start stocking up on Loonies - the Tim's cards I have a line on.

With regard to any official announcements about a rumoured but as of yet completely unproven  n scale GMD-1 I can only speculate that those details would be forthcoming.... ( do I sound like I'm writing for a politician..... Oh brother....)

All I can say us stay tuned...... Announcements will come when there are detail to announce.... Until then continue to consider the possibility that the Acme Corporation really does produce super shrink rays, as well as Roadrunner seed and anvils.......

Gotta go, I think I hear Jason with the shrink ray...
