Hey thanks again Otto,

I use a separate TCS M1 for motor contol which is located in the engine.  It eliminates wiring between the engine and tender and also protects the expensive TSU decoder.

AND allows for independent programming, which make speed and sound matching much easier.... Most of mine are dual decoder installs also. The only downside, other then money, is the loss of the dynamic exhaust function which is a very nice effect of the steam Tsunamis...or did you (or anyone) figure out a way to do that without the motor load?

I just posted a request for help with dual decoder installs on TB. Can any of you guys direct me to a thread regarding these types of installs? Appreciate any help.
