Does anyone know if the TM Set GP15-1 numbers differ from regular run ones?

Yes I believe they do, in the case of the C&NW ones anyway. The trainset version is 4405, and is painted in TY with herald on the nose and Operation Life Saver logos vs the other 4 that are OY. The 4750 hopper in that set is also a different number than was available in the 3 packs. I don' t know for fact if the other trainsets are different but I wouldn't be surprised.

Thanks for the ore cars! Great selection of flavors! I do not care if the car is wrong for some roadnames (sorry a$$hats), I am going to buy lots of all the flavors!! THANK YOU FOR DOING LS&I!!!!!!!!!!

Although sales may indicate otherwise, I would prefer to see the GN ore cars without the yellow painted ends, as the cars with yellow ends would've also had extensions on them for taconite loading.

The plain painted ore cars Atlas used to do in GN were preferable, my two cents anyway.
