Prodigy Advanced Squared problem

I have had a strange situation develop with my Prodigy Advanced Squared DCC system.  Over the past few days, when I turn the unit on, the pilot light would turn on, but be dimmed.  The handheld unit would not work.  Today when I turned it on, I cannot even get the pilot light on.

I have had to return a unit to MRC a few years ago, but nothing has developed since then.  Does anyone know if this might be a fuse issue, and is there a DIY way to repair it?  The reason I ask is that the last time I sent my unit in for repair, it took about 6 weeks.

Check the output on your power supply. May not be the actual DCC unit.
