I was expecting them a little later in the month, and was planning to run the assembled lot in a commemorative train on the Bantrak N Trak layout at Timonium on October 31 for a video project...

Lee
Okay Lee...
As BANTRAK layout coordinator for this show, if you want to run on the layout I need to know now what day and time you want to do this so I can see about getting you some run time.  I have put the run schedule out already to those bringing modules, and will put it out to the rest of the club tomorrow at the meeting; Saturday is almost full but I can probably still fit you in but Sunday is fairly open.  If I know the "when", I can try and make sure there is a sympathetic club member on the layout at the appropriate time so you can pull this off.

At the moment I have reserved the Sunday 10-12 run slot for myself (first slot of the day) on the Yellow (middle) line, and I've got plenty of motive power available to pull a train for you (I'll even reserve the Chessie engines for you!); I am planning on running a long coal train myself, so you'll fit right in.

It's a pretty standard camera cable. Any of your previous ones (from the dead cameras) should work just fine.

Ed, The cable Lee can't find is laying on top of those books I lent you.

Thanks for that reminder, Tim.  I definitely want to coordinate it with management at Bantrak.  I also need to send you some dues... I've got a couple of modules in the garage I'll be tinkering with to contribute to the big Hershey show next summer.  I'll bring the bones to the show.

At this point I'm figuring to get there around 1 p.m.  So, whatever you can shoe horn in for me after that would be great.
Thanks.

Looks like Lee will be arriving too late in the day for me to get my order, but I'm hoping that I can con one of the other Balmer locals to pick mine up for me.

If I can do that, count my "fleet" as in for the Bantrak run.

Mark

How'd you do that, BTW? I thought the edit option was gone after a brief period? Or do you have special powers....

Hmmmm , hall pass , dial a friend , just in case moderator powers , special keyboard with a go back in time function , uses a planted radio link hidden in the new LV hopper to get into a moderators computer .
