That is very interesting, considering my credit card was charged for the book on August 3rd...by Signature Press.

Got an email from Tony Thompson, the publisher this afternoon about the delay on this book. The books showed up with a printer's screwup of some pages, so they were all returned. They are being reprinted and should be back to Tony within 10 business days and delivered in about three weeks.
