Showcase Miniature out of production trucks

I contacted Showcase about the Longhaul Semi-Truck

http://www.nscalesupply.com/SCM/SCM-20.html

which is sold out for a long time.
Unfortunately they don't want to re-run that model since pewter got so expensive that they would have to increase the price dramatically to produce them again.

If you are in need of semi-trucks once made by Showcase, please send them an e-mail. I assume if enough people ask for it even if the cost higher, we could get them to change their minds.

Thanks

I had been hoping for the MOW truck to be rerun...

Roland (and BTW your trash containers are among the nicest resin castings I've seen) - have you considered doing some MOW truck rear ends to go with the Atlas MOW Truck Kitbashing Series???

Catt - Kel did actually make that truck - I managed to get two of them (entire production???)

Unfortunately I lost them somehow...

Thanks Lou on the container
Right now I am trying just to keep up with the first model of the container. I have two more styles I have not even started to cast although I got the mold now. Everything seems to be much easier before I started.
If you have links to pictures, what you like to see as a model, I can check them out to see if it is possible for me to do.

It probly was the entire production run.I had a standing order with Chuck that IF they ever showed up I wanted two of them.As far as I know they never came in. :(

CinC makes their pewter vehicles. We may eventually see these under the CinC name.

Anyone know what happened to their resin vehicle line?
