Here are the only photos I took of a Baltimore Transit Co. PCC and a Chicago, South Shore & South Bend interurban.

BTC PCC 7134 caught from our automobile on April 19, 1956. We were enroute to Washington, DC.

A quick advance of the film and I caught BTC 7134 from the front as we drove by it:

Lengthened but not modernized, CSS&SB 12 arrives Randolph St. Station on the IC in June 1959.

Next week, photos at Branford Electric Railway museum taken 52 years ago.

Not too much from me. I wanted to get some shots along the B&A in the snow again this year but the sunlight did not want to hang around long so we only caught one train.

Ian, the black and white Amtrak photo is excellent.  What lens and camera settings did you use for it?  I just bought an insanely expensive F1.4 50mm lens with the intention of doing similar nighttime shots.

In the early 70' some friends and I took a Reading RDC from Philadelphia to Pottsville, PA.  Here are some shots from that trip:

A few more from my 28 December trip to the lower Hunter Valley coal roads.

About 95m tonnes of coal is exported from the Port of Newcastle each year. At Sandgate empty and loaded coal trains stand on the branch to the Kooragang Island export loader while a local empty grain train heads north on the main line. The two tracks to the right are for coal trains accessing the second export terminal at Carrington.

A bit further north at East Maitland, a local passenger services passes a loaded coal train

Another coal train at East Maitland

Love those RDC pics, Bob.  Reminds me of growing up back in Bucks County along the Reading!

Hey John, I shot that same locomotive in York back in December when Ed and I practiced our trespassing skills...  Hasn't changed much in 9 years...
